Synod 2010 Circular
The Synod circular is prepared in August and printed in early September. Owing to the high cost of mailing, copies are bundled by parish and delivered to the Clergy Conference in mid September for distribution by incumbents to the clergy and lay members of their parishes in the week following the conference. This year, for the first time, we have also provided members with the option to download and print the circular from the website. Incumbents have submitted forms identifying the lay members of their parishes who have chosen this option.

Please note: The plenary hall where Synod meets does not allow for general access to electrical plugs, so if you are thinking of bringing your laptop, you will need to use battery power. As well, although the facility does have wireless internet access (and the password will be announced at Synod), it is advised that you download the circular to your laptop hard drive just in case there are problems with the wireless service.
